Lodging includes three wholesome meals with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options (organic where possibly), snacks and use of our facilities unless (otherwise stated for your retreat). Add this amount to your tuition to determine the total cost of your stay. All rates are per person. If you're traveling alone and reserve a double room, we may assign you a roommate. Rooms and suites include bedding, towels and robes; you will not have access to television, internet or telephone during your retreat, workshop or class. This will enable you to fully engage in your retreat. Because of the size of our facility rooms and suites sell out quickly so book early to secure your accommodations. Our facility can accommodate up to 150 participants between April 15th to Oct. 15th and up to 25 people during the winter.

Lotus Oasis keeps retreats to a level where they can be intimate for both the participants and the instructors. For this reason, we have limited spaces available for each retreat. When our retreats show great popularity we will offer the retreat again the following season Ask about our waiting list if you are interested in any of the retreats, workshops or classes being offered here at Lotus Oasis.

We have limited number of spaces in certain retreats and workshops for those interested in staying elsewhere. These participants pay tuition plus $75.00 per day for meals and the use of the grounds and facilities.

If you cancel your reservations more than 14 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee. If you cancel 2 to 14 days prior to arrival, we will hold your payment, less a $50.00 processing fee, for up to a year for you to use towards another retreat or workshop. No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations received less then 48 hours prior to arrival. Again, certain retreats, workshops, classes or events have unique cancellation policies that supersede our general policies. They are described on our website.
