Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policies

DEPOSITS

In order to reserve your space, a non-refundable fee of $333.00 is required. The balance of your fee is payable 15 days before the retreat.

(We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance as we are not able to refund your retreat deposit under any circumstance.)

Your Spot on the retreat will not be reserve until we get the check or money order processed by our bank.

You can also make your Retreat Deposit through PayPal.


 

Flexible Payment Plans

When you book a retreat with us, you have the option of paying us at your pace. We send you an email with the total cost of your retreat and a date your FINAL payment is due.

Here's how: complete your registration form with us, you're required to pay the deposit, which is $333.00.

  • Between the time you make your deposit and the date your Final payment is due, you can send us payments at any interval, and for any amount you wish. Your final payment is due 15 days prior to the start of the retreat.
  • If paying by Credit Card: Simply call us or use and let us know how much you would like to charge towards your payment and we will process it within 24 hours.
  • If paying by Check: Simply send us your check with your Invoice number written on the check, and we will place your payment against your account once your check clears.

Cancellation Policies

All cancellations must be made in writing either by regular mail or email.

60 days- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat will be fully refunded except for the $333.00 non-refundable deposit.

30 days- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat, can be fully applied to another retreat within a one year period, except for the $333.00 non-refundable deposit. If you send another person to fill your space, your deposit is transferable.

Within 30 days- Cancellations made within 30 days, are non-refundable but are transferable. We highly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance as we are not able to refund your deposits for any retreat cancellations made within 30 days under any circumstance.


Transportation

Depending on the location of the retreat, we usually ADD transportation cost from and to the airport where the retreat is going to take place. Your flight to and from the locations is at your own expense, we recommend


Accommodations (Rooms)

All room rates are based on double occupancy. Private rooms are available for an additional fee usually between 125.00 to 195.00 per night depending on your requirements. For information review the particular retreat you are interested on. All accommodations are available on a first come first serve basis. If you have any allergies, please inform your retreat leader. We want to make sure that we, us and the facility, are able to accommodate your requirements.

Other Policies:

Our policies about any retreat are very flexible, due to that we are not always going to the same facility. At the same time we follow all policies and requirements of each facility we use for our destination wellness retreats. We do recommended that you read over any of facilities policies and requirements before signing up for any of our retreats. Some facilities could be more strict than others, especially the ones that are eco-friendly. We do are best to give you all this information on every retreat. If you have any questions please give us a call or send us an email. We will do our best to answer any question you have concerning your destination wellness retreat.

NOTICE: Any returned checks due to "funds not available" will automatically cancel your reservation and have a return check fee of $75.00.
