Charlotte Lenssen and Carlos Simon, opened the Lotus Oasis Retreats in 2008 with the intention to support people to understand and create their own path to physical healing, emotional freedom, and higher states of consciousness. Located in Durango, Colorado, we offer a wide variety of retreats, workshops and classes that integrate the emotional well-being, physical wellness, spiritual awakening and social awareness to enable individual to embrace their optimal level of well-being.
Our goal is to support our guests in timeless tools and healing principles that they can use to nurture their own health, restore balance, and create greater joy and fulfillment in their lives...
Lotus Oasis Retreats is the manifestation of many years of following a path of conscious choice making by its principal and founder Charlotte Lenssen. Through her path she has encounter various types of experiences and from these experiences she has learned that by being a conscious choice maker has enable her to be happy, healthy and prosperous. Through these experiences she has also learned that everything that we ingest through our five senses influences our physiology. What we hear, how we are touched, what we see, what we taste and what we smell can reinforce or disrupt our balance. In addition, she has also learned that health is a dynamic, integrated state of balance (symmetry) between each individual and the world surrounding them. That when an individual minimizing toxic (negative) experiences and maximizing nourishing (positive) experiences through all senses that he or she promotes the ability to create healthy, happy and prosperous life.
