Charlotte - is the founder of Lotus Oasis Retreats. Charlotte is a Certified instructor of Qigong, Primordial Sound Meditation, Yoga, and the Nine Breath Method – called Tumo. She has over 14 years of experience in the healing arts. Charlotte has been on a life long journey since she was a child. "It has always been an adventure", Charlotte says with a smile. She was introduced to Siddha yoga when she was 15 and began to practice meditation and yoga at that age. She has always been on a search for something, for something meaningful in her life. This search got her traveling all over the world to many interesting places, meeting interesting people and learning about many interesting philosophies… Always challenging but never boring. She has come to discover that this is what life is about….' a never ending journey'. In her reality the meaning of life is being discovered through service to others. Meditation has helped her discover her path. Since 2007 She has been practicing Primordial Sound Meditation, because of the detailed instructions she received and the guidance in understanding the deeper purpose of this practice she has been able to embrace it fully. This transformational experience has allowed her to see life in a very different way. Her desire is to share this passion she has for life through her daily practices.
Lynn Feder – has a mission and wants to share it with all of you. As a leader in the Health and Fitness Industry for over twenty five years she knows the importance of balancing mind, body and spirit. Lynn holds national certifications in group fitness, yoga and pilates, but it is her proven leadership that makes her style so unique. Her practical and diverse style combines outward experiences with inner peace. Breathing techniques are essential and she will teach you how to integrate this into your daily life.

At Hotelito los Sueños we’re all about pleasing our guests, who we consider friends in the making . . . and about offering something slightly different.
At this little hotel of dreams, you will be waking up to the morning bird song, and might just take a stroll over to our smoothie bar for a healthy licuado made right before you with fresh local fruit like mangos and papaya. Ask Pedro and he’ll lend you a nice bicycle to use for the day. Or if you’re beaching it, (only a stone’s throw away from the hotel) you can borrow a boogie board or surf board, too. It’s all part of that relaxing and indulging.

Sayulita, Mexico is a village about 25 miles north of downtown Puerto Vallarta in the state of Nayarit, Mexico, with a population of approximately 4,000.Today Sayulita is Known for its consistent river mouth surf break, roving surfers "discovered" Sayulita in the late 1960s with the construction of Mexican Highway 200.
Today, Sayulita is a prosperous growing village of approximately 4,000 residents. Hailed as a popular off-the-beaten-path travel destination, Sayulita offers a variety of activities such as horseback riding, hiking, jungle canopy tours, snorkeling and fishing. Still a mecca for beginner surfers of all ages, the quaint town attracts upscale tourists with its numerous art galleries and restaurants as well. Sayulita has a curious eclectic quality, frequented by native Cora and Huichol peoples, traveling craftsmen as well as international tourists.
